The salon has two double suites and seven single suites built for hairstylists, cosmetologists, barbers, estheticians, lash artists, microblading specialists or massage therapists and two stations for nail technicians.
Have the independence to manage your own business with support from the salon owner and a team of like-minded, talented professionals to help you along your journey when you rent your own salon suite. The Ideal Location to Build your clientele
Our Milwaukee salon is in a convenient, busy location on the Lower East Side - near many popular businesses and restaurants with ample car and foot traffic. There are apartment buildings and condos located surrounding our Milwaukee salon– and more being built all the time!– offering a great opportunity to build your clientele.
AMENITIES INCLUDE:
- Mini refrigerator in each suite and manicure/pedicure area.
- Equipment/furniture provided (you provide your own supplies).
- Towels
- Towel warmer for manicure/pedicure area
- Receive two keys: one for your suite and one for the front door of the salon to enter/leave anytime you wish.
- Break room that includes refrigerator, sink, microwave, and seating area.
- Self-check-in on receptionist iPad app that allows clients to check in with their professionals (optional).
- Signage is provided with your business name above each door or station
- The waiting room offers stylish, comfortable seating, a coffee and beverage area, and an additional bar for clients to relax and enjoy a beverage while waiting.
- Supplies are provided for the common areas and bathroom.
- WiFi and utilities are included in rent.
